Description
The battery management system (BMS) does not have enough power to provide low voltage (LV) support.
Condition
The BMS detects that the high voltage (HV) state of charge (SOC) is too low to support the LV system.
Clear Condition
The BMS detects that the HV SOC is high enough to support the LV system.
