Description
The battery management system (BMS) detects that bus voltage is not reducing quickly enough.
Condition
The BMS detects that the DC link voltage has not discharged to below 60V within 5 seconds of opening the contactors.
Clear Condition
The BMS detects that the condition clears.

Power is reduced.
