Description
There is a hardware problem with the high voltage interlock loop (HVIL).
Condition
The complex programmable logic device (CPLD) has detected that the HVIL is open and the vehicle is not in Drive.
Clear Condition
The CPLD detects that the condition clears.

Inability to charge, drive, or support the low voltage (LV) system
