Condition
The heat pad is present, the temperature sensor is not disconnected and the value is less than -38 degC with a valid ambient reading of more than 10 degC, all for more than 3 seconds
Clear Condition
The heat pad is not present or the temperature sensor is disconnected or the value is greater than -37 degC with ambient invalid or a valid ambient is less than 8 degC
Potential Impact
The 2nd row seat heater may be disabled
