Condition
The pitch motor reads an unreasonably high or stall current of greater than absolute value of +/-15 amps for greater than 50 ms
Clear Condition
The pitch motor reads less than absolute value of +/-15 amps for greater than 500 ms
Potential Impact
The pitch motor will be disabled
