Condition
Received CAN message is too short / long, the checksum does not match, or unexpected sequence errors are present. The values exceed the predetermined threshold.
Clear Condition
This alert will clear when received controller area network (CAN) messages are complete and error-free.
Potential Impact
If critical controller area network (CAN) messages have unexpected errors, the Autopilot electronic control unit (ECU) could mark other ECUs as missing. This may cause Autopilot functions to be temporarily unavailable.
